This term is included in our T&Cs as well as in the Smart Prop Trader Account Agreement. Trading must be legitimate and traders must not use practices that contradict the functioning of a real market. All strategies are allowed, provided they don’t interfere with legitimate trading or exploit practices that are intended to cause us any harm or misuse the Evaluation Process in any way.
